Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a strong smell that lingered throughout our stay, likely due to the thatching. The outdoor bathroom was not properly cleaned. the dusty clothes racks made it uncomfortable to hang our clothes. Additionally, our last two days were marred by breakfast mistakes, and it was frustrating to see the lack of accountability from the staff regarding service errors.

The family room was super spacious with three huge beds and two balconies—perfect for chillin' after a day of exploring. The view from the pool was stunning, especially at sunset. Breakfast was yummy, and they even had a cozy bar area to relax. On the downside, it felt a bit isolated from town, making food options a tad limited.

Positive, The location is perfect for a quiet escape. The staff is super responsive and helpful. The pool front view is breathtaking, and the food was top-notch, especially the grilled chicken. We felt pampered with personalized service throughout our stay. ✨

Water Blow Huts offers stunning sunsets, an amazing pool area, and some of the comfiest beds I've encountered during my travels. The staff was incredibly helpful, making the overall experience delightful. One of the highlights was sipping cocktails during Happy Hour while watching sea turtles frolic just below the cliffs.

However, the dining experience was disappointing. the food quality did not meet expectations, with dry fish and poor service overall. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism from management, which hindered the staff's ability to properly assist guests.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend stopover in Nusa Lembongan (Bali) with incredible value for money. The staff were friendly and quickly brought us extra towels after we requested them, which made our stay more comfortable. Bring cash for your payments to avoid any extra fees at checkout.
